Returns & Refunds Policy – Akibaloot.com

At Akibaloot.com, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. While we take great care in providing authentic Pokémon TCG products, we also need to protect collectors, players, and ourselves against product tampering. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original, unopened packaging, in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items ❌

  • Pre-order items – all pre-orders are final once placed.

  • Opened or unsealed Pokémon TCG products (booster boxes, packs, ETBs, decks, promo items, etc.) – once the seal is broken, we cannot accept returns.

  • Digital products, services, or gift cards.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return.

  2. If eligible, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Securely package your return to avoid damage in transit.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).


Refunds

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival. If approved, a refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after inspection.

Refund Methods:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer, crypto, card, etc.) where possible.

  • Crypto refunds: issued in crypto or store credit, equal to the EUR value at the time of refund (minus unavoidable network fees).

  • paysafecard refunds: typically issued as store credit if direct refund is not supported by the provider.

Refund Amount:

  • Approved refunds cover the cost of the returned product(s).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, missealed, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • We cannot accept returns of Pokémon TCG products once the seal is broken, to protect all customers from tampered or resealed items.

  • Pre-orders are non-refundable. Please only place pre-orders if you are certain you want the product.
