Pre-orders are strictly non-refundable and cannot be canceled once placed.

Refunds are only issued for sealed, unopened items returned in original condition within the allowed timeframe.
Refunds are processed only to the original payment method where possible, subject to network and provider rules (e.g., crypto, paysafecard).

While we endeavor to source from trusted suppliers, we make no guarantees, representations, or warranties, express or implied, that products are official, original, genuine, authentic, or licensed Pokémon TCG products.
By purchasing, you expressly acknowledge and accept that authenticity is not guaranteed and that you waive any claims against us related to originality, genuineness, or licensing of products.

8.3 Display Use Only

All products sold on Akibaloot.com are marketed and provided strictly as display items and collectibles.

Products are not intended to be opened, used in gameplay, or treated as functional trading card packs or competitive products.
“Display” means items are decorative only, for shelf presentation, photography, or private collection purposes.
Any attempt to open sealed products is at your own risk, voids eligibility for return/refund, and waives all related claims.

8.4 Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you explicitly agree:

You understand products may not be authentic.
You accept products are strictly “display only.”
You release Akibaloot.com from any liability relating to authenticity, condition, or usability for play.
